On March 1st, the Regional Transit Serive (RTS) launched the highly anticipated online trip schedule for RTS Access cutomers. The RTS Access Ride Request mobile app, available through the App Store or Google Play allows riders to book and view paratransit trips for Monroe County, NY. The door-to-door paratransit service for people with disabilities formerly required riders to call an automated telephone scheduling line to schedule rides, no more than seven days in advance. Callers were often frustrated with the call queue waiting times which could be up to 45 minutes. RTS Access Ride Request promises to change all of this, empowering riders to schedule their rides quickly and independently, at their convenience.

Before you enroll, make sure to have your RTS Access ID, date of birth and your email address handy.
Sign up online or download the app through the App Store or Google Play.
