This month we'll hear from Maggie Hart from the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs, and attorney Jim Beerman of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP who advocated in conjunction with the Mountain State Council of the Blind in West Virginia and the American Council of the Blind to ensure equal access to absentee voting for people with disabilities.
