Rochester Area Blind Athletes is sponsoring a free one hour self-defense workshop on Friday, May 10, 2019 from 6-7 PM at: Showgun Martial Arts 60 Barrett Dr., Webster 14580 *Note: The entrance is on the right of the building in the back.
Master instructor Shaun Hahn and assistant Dustin Newell, who is visually impaired himself, will offer strategies to move with confidence and self-awareness, techniques to block and disengage from conflict, and information about how to best respond in and after an attack.
